Guests, RSVPs & Check-In

Export your guest list and QR codes

Download guests as a spreadsheet, and every guest QR code as a print-ready bundle.

On this page

What it is

Two downloads: the guest list as a spreadsheet, and a bundle of every guest's QR code for printing.

When to use it

Before the event, to hand numbers to a caterer or codes to a printer. Afterwards, to keep a record.

Who can use it

The event owner, and platform staff.

Where to find it

  • Open an event → Guests & RSVPs — the export controls sit with the list

Step by step

  1. Open your event's Guests & RSVPs page.

  2. Choose the export you want — spreadsheet, or the bulk QR bundle.

  3. Wait for the file. A large list takes a moment.

  4. Open the spreadsheet in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, or unzip the QR bundle and send it to your printer.

What you should end up with

A file on your computer containing exactly what is on screen.

Common mistakes

  • Exporting, editing in Excel, and expecting the changes to come back. An export is a copy — edits there do not return.
  • Emailing the guest export around. It contains personal data; share it only with people who need it.

If something goes wrong

There is no export button.
Exports are switched on per deployment. If you cannot see them, they are not enabled here — contact support.
The QR bundle is missing guests.
Codes are generated per guest record. Anyone added after the download will not be in it — export again.
