Guests, RSVPs & Check-In
Games, polls and keepsakes for guests
Give guests a QR link to song requests, live polls, photo bingo, advice cards, a photo wall or a time capsule.
What it is
A set of guest-facing activities, each with its own link and QR code: song requests, live polls and predictions, photo bingo, advice and wishes cards, a photo and video wall, video messages, and a digital time capsule.
When to use it
During the event, or in the run-up for anything you want people to fill in beforehand.
Who can use it
You set them up. Guests need no account — they open a link. Some of these activities are on Concierge-tier plans; the Creative Studio page shows which.
Where to find it
- Creative Studio
- Each activity gives you a guest link and a QR code to print or display
Step by step
Open Creative Studio and choose the activity.
Set it up for your event — the questions for a poll, the squares for bingo, the prompt for advice cards.
Take the guest link or QR code it gives you.
Each activity has its own link. One QR does not open all of them.
Put the code on the table cards, the programme, or a screen.
Watch the responses arrive, and collect them afterwards as a keepsake.
What you should end up with
Common mistakes
- Printing a QR without opening it yourself first. Always scan your own code before it goes to the printer.
- Launching six activities at once. Pick one or two — attention at a party is finite.
- Sharing the dashboard link instead of the guest link. Guests cannot open your dashboard.
If something goes wrong
- A guest sees "link expired".
- Guest links are time-limited for privacy. Generate a fresh link and share that.
- The QR opens a page that says not found.
- The code points at the wrong address. Regenerate it from the activity and test it on your own phone before reprinting.
