Event Page & Sharing
Publish a digital programme
Replace the paper order of service with a page guests open from a QR code on the table.
On this page
What it is
A guest-facing programme built from blocks — a cover, the order of events, the people taking part, readings, photos, links and a notice section. It gets its own short web address and a QR code.
When to use it
For weddings, ceremonies, conferences and memorials — anywhere guests would otherwise be handed a printed booklet.
Who can use it
The event owner creates it. Guests read it with no account, subject to the access mode you choose.
Where to find it
Before you start
- The running order, and the names of anyone taking part.
Step by step
Open Programs and create a new one.
Accept or edit the suggested title and web address.
The web address is permanent once published. Choose it deliberately — it cannot be reused later for something else.
Add blocks: Cover, Order of events, People, Message, Hymns & readings, Details, Photos, Video or livestream, Links, Messages, Questions, Sponsors & thanks, Notice.
Fill in the order of events on its own screen — it is the part guests read most.
Choose the access mode: public, unlisted, or password-protected.
Publish, or schedule it to publish at a set time.
Print the QR code onto the table cards or the sign at the door.
What you should end up with
Options and settings
- Access mode
- Public (open, and may be listed by search engines), unlisted (link only), or password.
- Schedule
- Set a publish time so it goes live exactly when you want, without you doing it on the day.
- Analytics
- How many people opened it and which sections they read.
- Offline reading
- A public programme a guest has already opened stays readable if the venue signal drops.
Common mistakes
- Printing the QR code before publishing. Publish first, then scan your own code, then print.
- Changing the web address after the cards are printed. It cannot be pointed anywhere else afterwards.
- Making a memorial or private ceremony public. Choose unlisted or password.
If something goes wrong
- The programme link shows nothing.
- It is still a draft or scheduled for later. Publish it, or check the scheduled time.
- Guests hit a password prompt unexpectedly.
- The access mode is password. Change it, or share the password with your guests.
- I cannot edit it any more.
- Some states lock editing. Check the programme's status — an archived or removed programme is deliberately read-only.
- I cannot find Programs in the menu.
- Digital programmes are switched on per deployment. If the menu item is absent, the feature is not enabled here.
Worth knowing
- Test the QR code on both an iPhone and an Android phone before printing several hundred of them.
