Event Page & Sharing
Set up a gift registry
List what you would like, share it with guests, and track what has been bought.
On this page
What it is
A list of items with names, descriptions, prices, quantities and priorities. Guests open a shared link and can see what is still needed.
When to use it
For weddings, baby showers, housewarmings — any occasion where guests will ask what you need.
Who can use it
The event owner. Guests read it through a share link, with no account.
Where to find it
Step by step
Open My Registries and create one.
Add items — a name at minimum, plus a price, a quantity and a link to buy where that helps.
Set a priority on the things you genuinely need, so guests know where to start.
Share the registry link, or add a Registry & Gifts block to your event page.
Mark items as purchased as gifts arrive, so guests do not duplicate.
What you should end up with
Options and settings
- Quantity
- How many of an item you want. Useful for sets of things.
- Priority
- Marks what matters most. Guests tend to pick from the top.
- Custom link
- Points at a specific shop listing so guests do not have to hunt.
Common mistakes
- Listing only expensive items. Include a range — some guests want to give something small.
- Forgetting to mark items purchased, so two people buy the same thing.
If something goes wrong
- Guests say the registry link does not work.
- Copy the share link again from the registry page, and test it in a private browser window.
