On this page
What it is
The Share & Invite screen: your event link, a QR code for it, and a way to email your guest list.
When to use it
The moment the page is published and the RSVP form is ready.
Who can use it
The event owner, and platform staff.
Where to find it
- Open an event → Share & Invite
Before you start
- A published event page, or at least a saved RSVP form.
Step by step
Open your event and choose Share & Invite.
Copy the link and open it in a private browser window to see it as a guest does.
Share it however your guests actually communicate — message, email, printed card.
Generate a QR code if the invitation is physical.
What you should end up with
A link you have personally verified, in front of your guests.
Common mistakes
- Sharing before publishing.
- Testing the link while signed in as yourself, which can hide a privacy setting that blocks everyone else.
If something goes wrong
- Guests report a password prompt I did not expect.
- The page access mode is set to password. Change it, or send guests the password.
- The link shows a "not found" page.
- The page is not published, or the event's link name changed. Publish it, then copy the link again.
