Guests, RSVPs & Check-In

Send invitations and share the RSVP link

Email your guest list directly, copy the link, or hand out a QR code.

On this page

What it is

Three ways to get the RSVP form in front of guests: email them from inside the product, copy the link and send it however you like, or print a QR code.

When to use it

Once the RSVP form is finished and previewed.

Who can use it

The event owner, and platform staff.

Where to find it

  • Open an event → Invitations
  • Or Open an event → Share & Invite

Before you start

  • A saved RSVP form.
  • Email addresses on your guests, if you want to send from here.

Step by step

  1. Open your event and choose Invitations, or Share & Invite.

  2. To email: pick the guests, review the message, and send.

Guests without an email address are skipped — they cannot be emailed.

  3. To share yourself: copy the link and paste it into WhatsApp, a group chat, or a printed card.

  4. To use a QR code: generate it and put it on the invitation or a sign.

What you should end up with

Guests receive a link that opens your RSVP form, and their replies flow into Guest Management.

Common mistakes

  • Sending before the form is finished. The link is live from the moment the form is saved.
  • Assuming everyone got the email. Some will land in spam — always share the link somewhere else too.
  • Sharing your dashboard URL instead of the guest link. The dashboard requires your sign-in; guests cannot open it.

If something goes wrong

A guest says they never got the invitation.
Ask them to check spam, confirm the address on their guest record, and send them the link directly as a fallback.
The link opens a "not found" page.
The event name in the link may have changed. Copy the link again from Share & Invite.
Some guests were not sent anything.
Guests with no email address are skipped. Add addresses, or share the link with them another way.

Worth knowing

  • Send a test invitation to yourself first, and open it on a phone.
