A machine-readable export of what we hold about you: your profile, your events, your guests, and summaries of your payments.
When to use it
Whenever you want it. You do not need a reason.

Where to find it
Step by step
Open Privacy & your data.
Choose Export your data.
Wait for the file, then save it somewhere safe.
What you should end up with
A file containing your data, which you can keep or take elsewhere.
It contains other people's details too
Your export includes your guest lists — names, emails, dietary and accessibility needs. Store it as carefully as you would the guest list itself, and do not forward it casually.
Common mistakes
- Saving the export to a shared drive without thinking about the guest data in it.
If something goes wrong
- The export failed or is empty.
- Try once more. If it keeps failing, contact support — do not keep retrying.
- I cannot find the privacy page.
- The self-serve screen is switched on per deployment. If it sends you back to Settings, it is not enabled here — your right to a copy of your data is unaffected: ask us and we will produce it for you.
