Troubleshooting & FAQs
A generation failed or produced nothing
What to try, why your credit comes back, and when to stop retrying.
What it is
A generation can fail for a transient reason. When it does, the credit is returned automatically and the error is shown beside your last good result rather than replacing it.
When to use it
When a Creative Studio tool errors or returns nothing usable.
Who can use it
Any signed-in user.
Where to find it
Step by step
Read the message on screen — it usually names the cause.
Try once more. Most failures are transient.
If it fails again, change the brief. A very long or contradictory brief is a common cause.
Check your credit balance — being out of credits reads as a failure at a glance.
Stop after two or three attempts and contact support rather than burning the afternoon on it.
What you should end up with
If something goes wrong
- A credit was spent on a failure.
- It is refunded automatically. If the balance still looks wrong an hour later, contact support with roughly when it happened.
- My previous result disappeared.
- It has not — a failure is shown beside the last good result, and earlier results stay in the history.
- It says the result could not be saved.
- The generation worked; only saving it did not. Copy what is on screen now, then try saving again.
