Generate, save and export a result

How a Creative Studio tool works, where the result goes, and how to get it out.

On this page

What it is

Every tool follows the same shape: you give it a brief, it produces a result, the result is kept against your event, and you can copy or export it.

When to use it

Every time you use a Creative Studio tool.

Who can use it

Any signed-in user, for tools their plan includes.

Where to find it

Step by step

  1. Open the tool and pick the event it is for, where it asks.

  2. Fill in the brief. Specific beats poetic — "sixty guests, garden, late afternoon, no red" works better than "elegant".

  3. Generate, and give it a few seconds.

  4. Read the result and edit anything that is not right.

  5. Copy it, or export it in the format offered — the readable format is the default and a raw data export is offered where it is useful.

  6. Generate again with a changed brief if you want an alternative. Earlier results are kept, not overwritten.

What you should end up with

A saved result you can return to, and a copy in whatever tool you are actually writing in.

Options and settings

Regenerate
Runs again. Previous results stay in the history.
Copy
Puts the readable version on your clipboard.
Export
Downloads it. The plain readable format is the default.

Common mistakes

  • Closing the page mid-generation. Wait for it to finish.
  • Assuming a regenerate replaces the old result — it does not, and both are kept.

If something goes wrong

The result vanished when I generated again.
It has not. A failure shows the error beside your last good result, and previous results are kept in the history.
It says the result could not be saved.
The result is still on screen — copy it now. The generation itself worked; only saving it did not.
