On this page
What it is
A free Regaw account. It stores your events, guests, budgets and orders, and it is what the whole planning side of the product hangs off.
When to use it
Before you create your first event, or any time you want to save what a free tool produced.
Who can use it
Anyone. Accounts are free and there is no card required to sign up.
Where to find it
Step by step
Go to Create an account.
Enter your name, your email address, and a password of at least 8 characters, then confirm the password.
The two password boxes must match before the form will submit.
Submit the form. You are signed in straight away.
Prefer Google? Choose the Google option on the sign-in page instead — no password to remember.
Google sign-in is only available if the site administrator has switched it on for this deployment.
What you should end up with
Options and settings
- Email and password
- The default. Works everywhere and lets you reset the password by email.
- One click, nothing to remember. Available when the site has Google sign-in configured.
Common mistakes
- Using a password shorter than 8 characters — the form will refuse it.
- Signing up with one email and later trying to sign in with another. The two accounts are separate and do not share events.
- Registering with an email that already has an account. Sign in instead, or reset the password.
If something goes wrong
- The sign-up form says the email is already registered.
- You already have an account. Sign in, or reset your password from the forgot-password page.
- I signed up but nothing happened.
- Check the form for a red message under a field — a mismatched password confirmation is the usual cause. If the page shows a general error, wait a moment and try once more.
- I cannot remember my password.
- Use Forgot password. You will get an email with a link to set a new one.
Worth knowing
- Use the email address you actually check. Order confirmations, RSVP notifications and password resets all go there.
