What it is
Regaw Event Services is an online event-planning platform. You create an event, and everything that event needs lives in one place: a checklist, a budget, a guest list, an RSVP form, a shareable event page, and a way to order the things you still need — décor, rentals, cakes, and local professionals.
When to use it
Use it from the moment you have a date and a rough guest count, right through to the thank-you notes after the party.
Who can use it
Anyone can browse the public pages and use the free planning tools. Creating an event and managing guests needs a free account.

Create your event. That unlocks the guest list, RSVP form, budget tracker, and event page.
Add the paid help you want, event by event — a Concierge upgrade, a cake order, a rental order, or a quote from our team.

- Services & orders
- Browse local professionals, request quotes, and track bookings, rentals and cake orders.
- Concierge
- A paid, per-event upgrade where our team does the sourcing and coordination and you approve it.
Worth knowing
- You do not have to decide on a plan first. Start free — every paid upgrade is offered later, event by event.
- Anything you build while signed out (a budget estimate, a generated checklist) is not saved. Sign up first if you want to keep it.
