What it is
Three levels of service. Essentials is free and self-service, Concierge is bought per event, and Premier is a custom engagement with our human team.
When to use it
Before paying for anything, and when an event outgrows what you can do alone.

There is no monthly subscription to plan an event
Essentials is free with no time limit and no card. Concierge is a single charge against one event. Premier is quoted per engagement. Nothing here bills you monthly for the planning tools themselves.
What changes when you upgrade an event
- The Concierge-tier Creative Studio tools unlock for that event.
- Your monthly generation allowance increases.
- Vendor sourcing, the approval queue and requestable deliverables appear on that event.
- The event gets a Concierge Workspace.
Common mistakes
- Expecting a Concierge purchase to apply to every event. It applies to the one you bought it for.
- Assuming Essentials is a trial. It is not — you can plan an entire event on it and never pay.
If something goes wrong
- A feature says I need to upgrade but I have paid.
- Check you are inside the event you upgraded. Concierge is per event, so a different event still shows Essentials.
