How Concierge is priced
A flat price up to 250 guests, then a step for each additional block — calculated per event.
What it is
Concierge is priced from the guest count on the event you are upgrading. There is a flat price covering events up to 250 guests, and above that the price steps up for each additional block of guests.
When to use it
Before you buy, and when the price you see is not the price you expected.
Who can use it
Anyone can read this. The exact price for your event is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Where to find it
What you should end up with
You know what your event will cost before you reach the payment page.
- Events up to 250 guests pay the flat price — currently $99.
- Beyond 250, each further block of 50 guests adds a step to the price.
- The price is worked out at checkout from that event's guest count, and shown to you before you pay.
Set your guest count before you check out
The price is calculated from the guest count on the event at the moment you pay, and is then fixed. Getting the number right first avoids paying for guests you do not have.
Common mistakes
- Leaving a placeholder guest count of 500 on the event and being surprised by the price.
- Expecting a refund of the difference if your final headcount is smaller. The price is set at checkout.
If something goes wrong
- The price is different from the one on the pricing page.
- The pricing page shows the starting price for events up to 250 guests. Larger events step up. Your event's exact figure is on the upgrade page.
- The price is much higher than expected.
- Check the guest count on the event. Reduce it to a realistic number and reload the upgrade page.
