Needs Concierge on this event
On this page
What it is
A one-time purchase that turns Concierge on for one event.
When to use it
As early as you can. Sourcing and coordination need runway.
Who can use it
The event owner.
Where to find it
Before you start
- An event with a realistic guest count — the price is calculated from it.
- A card. It is a single charge, not a subscription.
Step by step
Open Upgrade to Concierge.
Choose which event to upgrade.
Check the guest count on that event first. The price is worked out from it at checkout.
Review the price shown for that event.
Pay. You are taken to our secure payment page.
Wait for the confirmation.
What you should end up with
The event gains a Concierge Workspace, the approval queue, and the wider tool access. It is a one-off charge with nothing recurring.
Common mistakes
- Upgrading the wrong event when you have several. The picker names each one — read it before paying.
- Setting the guest count after paying and expecting the price to change. The price is fixed at checkout.
If something goes wrong
- Concierge features are not showing after paying.
- Activation follows the payment confirmation, which can lag by a minute. Reload the event. If it has not appeared after ten minutes, contact support with the payment time.
- The upgrade page keeps sending me back to itself.
- You need at least one event to upgrade. Create the event first, then upgrade it.
- The price is higher than I expected.
- It scales with guest count. See How Concierge is priced.
