Concierge
Fill in your Concierge intake
One structured brief that tells our team everything, so nobody has to ask twice.
On this page
What it is
A guided form covering your event: style, budget, priorities, must-haves and things to avoid. Everything downstream — sourcing, shortlists, deliverables — reads from it.
When to use it
Immediately after activating Concierge. Nothing useful can start before it is done.
Who can use it
The event owner, on an event with Concierge active.
Where to find it
- Open the event → Concierge → Tell us about your event
Before you start
- Concierge active on the event.
Step by step
Open the event and go to the Concierge area.
Work through the intake questions.
Be specific about the budget and about anything you definitely do not want.
The "do not want" answers save the most time. They stop us bringing you options you would have rejected.
Submit it.
What you should end up with
Common mistakes
- Leaving the budget vague. Sourcing without a number produces a shortlist you cannot afford.
- Filling it in and then changing the event fundamentally without saying so. Tell us — the brief drives everything.
If something goes wrong
- I cannot find the intake.
- It is inside the event, in the Concierge area. If the area is not there, Concierge is not active on that event.
- I need to change an answer.
- Reopen the intake and edit it, or say so in the workspace. Later work reads the current brief.
