What it is
The per-event home for Concierge work: your requests, their status, the vendor packet, and the activity your team has done.
When to use it
Whenever you need something from your concierge team, or want to know where something has got to.
Who can use it
The event owner, on an event with Concierge active.

- Open the event → Concierge Workspace
Before you start
- Concierge active on the event, and the intake completed.
Step by step
Open the event and choose Concierge Workspace.
Use the request buttons for what you need.
Track each request's status: pending, delivered, or cancelled.
Read what comes back and say if it needs changing.
What you should end up with
A single thread per event where every request and delivery is recorded.
Options and settings
- MC script
- A running script for whoever is holding the microphone.
- Photographer shot list
- The shots to capture, in order, so nothing important is missed.
- Playlist curation
- Music built around your event and its moments.
- Entertainment co-ordination
- Organising the performers and their timings.
Common mistakes
- Requesting everything on day one. Request what you need when you need it — a shot list written before the schedule exists will need rewriting.
- Requesting the same thing twice because nothing appeared instantly. Check the status first.
If something goes wrong
- My request has not come back.
- Check its status in the workspace. Requests are worked in order; if one has been pending unusually long, say so in the workspace.
- A request button is unavailable.
- There is a daily limit per request type so the queue stays workable. Try again tomorrow, or ask in the workspace.
- I cannot see the workspace at all.
- Either Concierge is not active on this event, or the workspace is not enabled in this deployment. Check the event's Concierge status first.
