What it is

The wind-down: drafting thank-you notes to guests, gathering reviews for the suppliers who did well, and telling us how it went.

When to use it

In the week after the event, while it is still fresh.

Who can use it

The event owner, on an event that had Concierge.

Where to find it

  • Open the event → Post-Event

Step by step

  1. Open the event and go to Post-Event.

  2. Draft thank-you notes. They are generated from your guest list and what people gave or did.

  3. Review each one before it goes out — a generic thank-you reads as a generic thank-you.

  4. Collect reviews for the suppliers.

  5. Complete the satisfaction check.

What you should end up with

Guests thanked, suppliers reviewed, and a record of what worked for next time.

Common mistakes

  • Sending drafted notes unedited. Add one specific sentence per person; it takes seconds and changes everything.
  • Leaving it three months, by which point nobody remembers the detail.

If something goes wrong

Post-Event is not available.
It becomes available once the event date has passed. Check the event's date and status.
