What it is
Concierge is a paid upgrade applied to one event. It adds a guided intake, vendor sourcing with a shortlist, an approval queue so nothing happens without your say-so, requestable deliverables, and a larger allowance across the planning tools.
When to use it
When the coordination is more than you want to carry yourself, but you still want to make the decisions.

Any account can buy it, for a specific event.

Concierge belongs to an event, not to your account
Upgrading one wedding does not upgrade your next party. Each event is upgraded separately, and the price depends on that event's guest count.
Common mistakes
- Expecting an account-wide upgrade. It is per event, by design — you only pay for the events that need it.
- Buying it the week of the event. Most of the value is in the sourcing, which needs lead time.
