Planning Your Event

Your event hub

The one page per event that links to guests, the event website, sharing, budget and everything else.

On this page

What it is

A single screen for one event. From here you reach the guest list, the RSVP form builder, the public event website, sharing tools, the budget, and the tabs summarising vendors, bookings and tasks.

When to use it

Every time you sit down to work on that event. It is the front door.

Who can use it

The person who created the event, and platform staff.

Where to find it

  • My Events
  • Then choose an event — its hub opens

Before you start

Step by step

  1. Open My Events.

  2. Choose the event you want to work on.

  3. Use the cards along the top to jump to Guests & RSVPs, Event Website, Design Assets, or Share & Invite.

  4. Use the tabs lower down for the Budget summary and the event Theme.

What you should end up with

Every tool that belongs to this event is one click away, and nothing belonging to a different event is in the way.

Options and settings

The block-based builder for the public page guests visit.
Share & Invite
Copy the link, generate a QR code, or email guests directly.
Budget tab
Total estimated and total paid, with a link into the full Budget Tracker.
Theme tab
Colours and styling for the public event page.
Concierge Activity
Only appears once Concierge is active on this event.

Common mistakes

  • Editing the public event page when you meant the RSVP form. The event website is what guests read; the RSVP form is what they fill in.
  • Looking for one event's guests in the sidebar Guest List — that view spans your events, the hub is per event.

If something goes wrong

The event hub says the event was not found.
The event was deleted, or the link belongs to a different account. Open My Events and pick it from the list.
I am redirected away from the hub.
You are signed in as someone who does not own that event. Sign in with the account that created it.
