What it is
Rental orders for the physical things an event needs. An order moves from placed, through delivery and use, to returned.
When to use it
Once the guest count and the venue layout are settled — quantities depend on both.
Who can use it
Anyone can browse the rental catalogue. Placing and tracking an order needs an account.
Where to find it
Step by step
Browse Rentals, or use the rental recommender if you are unsure of quantities.
Choose items and quantities for your guest count and layout.
Place the order with the delivery date and address.
Book delivery for the day before if the venue allows it. Same-day delivery leaves no room for a problem.
Track it from Rental Orders.
Have everything ready for collection after the event.
