Order tables, chairs, tents and the rest, and follow the order from delivery to return.

What it is

Rental orders for the physical things an event needs. An order moves from placed, through delivery and use, to returned.

When to use it

Once the guest count and the venue layout are settled — quantities depend on both.

Who can use it

Anyone can browse the rental catalogue. Placing and tracking an order needs an account.

Where to find it

Step by step

  1. Browse Rentals, or use the rental recommender if you are unsure of quantities.

  2. Choose items and quantities for your guest count and layout.

  3. Place the order with the delivery date and address.

Book delivery for the day before if the venue allows it. Same-day delivery leaves no room for a problem.

  4. Track it from Rental Orders.

  5. Have everything ready for collection after the event.

What you should end up with

The right quantities arrive on the right day, and the return is recorded.

Common mistakes

  • Ordering exactly one chair per confirmed guest with no margin. Order a few spare.
  • Booking delivery for the morning of the event with no contingency.
  • Not checking the venue's access times before choosing a delivery slot.
