Vendors, Quotes & Orders

Find local professionals

Browse vendors by category, look at their work, and get in touch.

On this page

What it is

A directory of event professionals grouped by category, each with a profile, a gallery of past work, and a way to send an enquiry.

When to use it

Once you know your date, your budget and roughly what you need. Good suppliers book up early.

Who can use it

Anyone can browse. Sending an enquiry works best signed in, so replies come back to your account.

Where to find it

Step by step

  1. Open Vendors.

  2. Pick a category — photography, catering, florals, music, venues and so on.

  3. Open a profile and look at the gallery and the details.

  4. Send an enquiry with your date, your guest count and your budget range.

Including all three gets a useful reply first time instead of three emails of questions.

  5. Compare the replies before committing to anyone.

What you should end up with

A shortlist of suppliers who are free on your date and work at your budget.

Common mistakes

  • Enquiring without the date. It is the first thing every supplier checks.
  • Contacting one supplier and waiting. Enquire with three or four in parallel.
  • Leaving the budget out to "see what they say". You get a proposal that does not fit and a wasted week.

If something goes wrong

There are no vendors in my category.
Coverage varies by area and category. Try the broader category, or suggest a vendor you already know.
No one has replied.
Give it a few working days, then follow up. If you get nothing, contact support and we will help.

Worth knowing

  • If you want us to do this part for you, that is what Concierge is — vendor sourcing and a shortlist you approve.
