Planning Your Event

See everything on a calendar

Your events and dated tasks laid out by month, so nothing collides.

On this page

What it is

A month view of your events and the checklist tasks that have due dates.

When to use it

When you are juggling more than one event, or want to see whether next week is already full.

Who can use it

Any signed-in user, showing only their own events and tasks.

Where to find it

Step by step

  1. Open Calendar.

  2. Move between months to find the period you care about.

  3. Select an entry to open the event or task behind it.

What you should end up with

A month at a glance, with your events and anything due in that period.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting undated tasks to appear. A task with no due date has nowhere to sit on a calendar — give it a date.

If something goes wrong

The calendar looks empty.
Either you have no events in that month, or your tasks have no due dates. Add due dates on the checklist.
