Use a coupon or discount code
Redeem a code, see the discounts on your account, and understand why one might not apply.
What it is
Codes that reduce what you pay. Some arrive as rewards, some come from a campaign. Redeemed codes sit on your account until they are used or expire.
When to use it
When you have a code, and before you check out.
Who can use it
Any signed-in user.
Where to find it
Step by step
Open Redeem a code and enter the code exactly as given.
Check it has landed in Your Discounts.
Apply it at checkout for an eligible purchase.
What you should end up with
The discount appears in your account and reduces the total at checkout.
Common mistakes
- Typing the code with a trailing space copied from an email.
- Expecting a code to apply to anything. Most are limited to a particular kind of purchase.
- Waiting past the expiry date.
If something goes wrong
- The code is not recognised.
- Check for typos and stray spaces, and that you are signed in to the account the code was issued to.
- The code is valid but does not reduce the price.
- It does not apply to this purchase, or a redemption limit has been reached. Your Discounts shows what each code covers.
- The code says it has already been used.
- Most codes are single-use. If you believe that is wrong, contact support with the code.
